Here is how our collaboration works:

Initial consultation - we discuss your starting point, goals, and what you need.

Proposal - you receive a clear and straightforward proposal tailored to your package, along with a contract. Once you sign the contract and pay a 50% deposit, we start the implementation.

> How does payment work?

I work with a 50% deposit at the start of the contract and 50% upon project completion. This gives both sides peace of mind and reliability.

Concept - I develop an initial draft / concept approach.

> To ensure your project runs smoothly and efficiently:

A successful collaboration relies on clarity from both sides. To ensure I can implement your project efficiently and without unnecessary delays, I need from you:

  • Content at the start: texts, images, and logo (if already available), as well as the answers from our initial consultation or questionnaire.

  • Feedback within 2 working days on the drafts - this keeps the project moving and ensures we stick to the agreed timeframe.

Good to know:

As a Squarespace expert, I exclusively create new websites using this platform. I do not take over or edit existing systems.

The scope of services generally includes 2 rounds of feedback: any further adjustments will be billed based on time and effort.

After implementation - you will receive all files / access details and a short walkthrough.
